What you need to bring to the table

Education: High school diploma required. Post-secondary education in interior design, fine arts, or a related field is a strong plus.

Color Knowledge or Artistic Background (Required): If you have a natural eye for color, interior design experience, or artistic hobbies, you'll thrive in this role Customers frequently ask about our staff's expertise in color, so having an interest in design makes a huge difference.

5+ years of customer service or retail experience - because customers tend to have questions.

Strong communication skills and confidence - customers rely on you for guidance.

Willingness to learn - We provide product training, but we need team players who take initiative to know the ins and outs of what we sell because our customers rely on us to be the experts.

Problem solving skills - helping clients navigate their projects.

Team-oriented mindset - you thrive in a team setting but can work independently as needed.

Basic computer skills - comfortable navigating sales software, processing orders and handling customer inquiries efficiently without frustration.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment - while maintaining professionalism and a sense of humor.

Physically capable - lifting, moving inventory, and stocking products as they arrive.

Interest in painting and interior decorating - If you know the difference between eggshell and satin, we'll take that as a win. Along with that we will train the right person

What's In It for You?

$16-$18/hr starting wage based on experience.

3-4 days a week or 22-36 hours, including Saturdays and Sundays (occasional weekends off)
