Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Insurance Broker, based in rural Manitoba where you will hopefully live and be partbofbthe fabric of the coomunityvuiu work in.The Licensed Insurance Broker will engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend customized coverage options, provide expert advice, and manage policy renewals. Additional responsibilities include processing insurance applications, handling policy changes, assisting with claims, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable insurance regulations and standards. This role will also evolve into an opportunity to own and develop your own book of business and for the right applicant could lead to an excellent partner opportunity

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and related fields
• Level II general insurance license or abilty to obtain quickly preferred
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and insurance industry standards
• Personal / Farm / Commercial insurance experience an asset
• Experience in using relevant insurance software and tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
