Part time Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Caregiver to provide in-home assistance and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personal care, companionship, and household support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living areas
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or environment
• Remind and assist with medication schedules (as allowed by state regulations)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities
• Follow care plans and document services provided
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transportation assistance is required)
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds, depending on client needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of old
• Have a valid ID
• Able to pass a PA criminal background check
• Able to pass an FBI background check if you have not been a PA resident for past 2 years
• TB clearance
• At least 1 year of experience preferred

Work Environment:

• In-home setting, may vary depending on the client's residence
