Job Summary

Position: General Manager – Injection Molding
Location: Houston, TX

Overview
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our injection molding manufacturing operation in Houston. This role is responsible for overall plant performance, including safety, production, quality, maintenance, staffing, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for the Houston operation
• Lead day-to-day production, tooling, maintenance, quality, and warehouse functions
• Drive safety, compliance, and operational discipline
• Ensure production schedules, cost targets, and customer requirements are met
• Lead and develop management, supervisory, and technical teams
• Implement continuous improvement focused on efficiency, and cost control
• Partner with corporate leadership on staffing, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 3 years in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
• Prior Plant Manager or General Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership of multi-shift operations
• Solid operational and financial understanding
