This is an on site position in a professional healthcare environment and is not remote. Great Opportunity for Entry Level Healthcare Candidates

This role is ideal for individuals looking to get their foot in the door in healthcare or transition into a clinical support environment. Experience in medical offices, call centers, or patient facing roles is highly valued.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with patients, customers, and internal teams via inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Educate patients on the proper use of ReactDx cardiac monitoring devices
  • Support patient compliance throughout the monitoring process
  • Order supplies, track shipments, and troubleshoot device issues
  • Document all interactions, compliance activity, and equipment tracking in accordance with FDA requirements
  • Manage company assets including cardiac monitors and related equipment
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary systems to document and track activity
  • Work in a call center style environment handling non sales calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Part time schedule

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
  • Three or more years of experience in healthcare, administrative support, or customer facing roles
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with medical office operations and healthcare workflows
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Self motivated and goal oriented
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal; bilingual skills a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to sit and be on the phone for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, on site environment
