Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our clients and their customers. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working independently or as part of a team

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable with excellent time management skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
