What You'll Need To Succeed

• A current Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT
• We welcome emerging talent including New graduates and bachelor's-level licensed professionals
• A genuine commitment to supporting youth and families in their mental health journey
• Interest or background in trauma-informed care and family systems approaches
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in school-based or community environments, adapting to client needs

Your Impact

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and families
• Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation in our EMR system
• Deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners
• Advocate for client well-being and access to resources
• Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing clinical development
