Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an AI Engineer Intern. The intern will collaborate with the team to assist in building and refining AI models, particularly within the domains of pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing. Daily tasks may include analyzing datasets, implementing algorithms, developing and testing software solutions, and contributing to the optimization of AI-driven systems. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work on impactful technology in disaster response and preparedness.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Background in Computer Science and proficiency in Software Development
• Experience or interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
• Capable of working effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Familiarity with disaster response or environmental data systems is a plus
