We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our team at MTN Prime Steakhouse in beautiful Idaho Springs, CO. As a Bartender at MTN Prime, you will have the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and provide exceptional service to our guests.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to specialty drinks. You will also interact with customers, take orders, and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about bartending, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges from $40-$70 per hour after tips and tip-outs.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests
• Interact with customers to take orders and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Adhere to all company and safety policies
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Previous experience as a Bartender
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
