We are seeking motivated and highly skilled Registered Nurses for our Case Managers positions. As Case Manager, you will manage a case load of medically complex patients and supervise the nurses who provide their care in their homes. Registered Nurses with pediatric homecare and/or ICU, PICU, MICU, or NICU experience, are encouraged to apply. You will work alongside a talented, dedicated, and supportive team of other highly skilled clinicians, who all share your passion for this very special patient population.
This position is eligible for Quarterly bonuses.

Essential Functions:
· Help lead the Marathon Nursing clinical program, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and the best patient experience in the market
· Visit patients in their homes to complete regular clinical assessments, supervise assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
· Coordinate care, develop the plan of treatment, update orders in real time, review the documentation for those nurses assigned to your patients and communicate all changes.
· Supervise and support all nursing staff, helping to troubleshoot acute clinical concerns, provide support, training and education as needed and ongoing, lead case-conferencing, and provide staff member coaching, supervisions, and evaluations per company policy
· Participate in functions related to the hiring and onboarding of the nursing team, including conducting nurse interviews and participating in new hire orientations, trainings, and in-services.
Requirements:
· Current, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
· Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
· A minimum of 2 years of RN experience required, and at least six months' experience in Home Care/Private Duty Nursing is preferred.
· Previous experience caring for medically complex pediatric patients, whether in a homecare or critical care setting.
· Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and organization requirements, or have access to other reliable means of transportation
· Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate the building of long-lasting and meaningful relationships with our patients/families, clinicians, providers, and vendors.
· Dynamic problem solver with a team-first approach, who enjoys working collaboratively in team environments
· Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
