The Position:

Immediate openings for a Social Worker to provide Early Intervention Services for children ages birth to 3 years and their families. This position involves conducting evaluations, assessments, and direct services as outlined in the IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan). Social Workers are responsible for supporting children and families in implementing IFSP outcomes and for maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Early Intervention guidelines.

Candidates must hold a Certified or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential from an accredited institution, with licensure through the State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs. Knowledge of Early Intervention policies and community resources is strongly preferred.

The Location:

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This position will provide services throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties.
