Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsible for the Accounts Payable (AP) activities and analysis of the Company. The AP analyst is responsible for managing the company's outgoing expense and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, maintaining up to date vendor information, processing timely credit card and expense reports, and supporting the accounting team on audit and tax reporting. The analyst must understand manufacturing and the relevance of purchase orders and receipts. They must have a high attention to detail and understand complex transactions. They should be able to manage their time, meet deadlines and deliver high quality results. The Accounts Payable Analyst role is vital to a company's financial operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate management of outgoing payments and maintaining strong vendor relationships

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable, from data entry to check runs
• Ensure that all PO invoices are properly matched with purchase orders, receipts, or contracts (3-way match).
• Ensure proper general ledger
