Controller Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Controller to manage the financial operations of a growing behavioral health organization. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks expertise, deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycles, and the ability to maintain accurate, compliant, and transparent financial reporting.

Controller Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management for multiple agencies as well as management company
• Maintain accurate client billing, insurance reimbursements, inter-agency charges and revenue recognition
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth.
