psychiatric nurse practitioner

A Cleveland behavioral outpatient addiction recovery and psychiatry healthcare group is seeking a Psychiatrist Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team of clinicians. The agency offers a robust set of clinical services, including outpatient counseling, addiction recovery, mental health services, psychiatry, MAT, telehealth, and case-management. The NP will evaluate new patients coming for treatment for opioid addiction, make treatment plans, and see patients through follow-up appointments to track their progress towards recovery.

The provider ensures that his/her assessment of patients meet all state and federal requirements for admittance participates in the provision of medical and/or psychiatric consultation participates in supervising dosing nurses. The individual can work part-time or full-time with regular flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Psychiatric evaluation and treatment planning
• Medication management
• Supportive and educational interventions, as necessary
• Consultation with other clinicians and case management staff
• Coordination of care with providers in the community
• Ability to serve an assigned number of clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Ohio APRN Licensure
• Psychiatric APRN Board Certification
• Unrestricted prescriptive privileges and DEA licensure
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred
• Experience with E-prescribing preferred

We provide generous compensation based on experience for full or part-time NPs. We provide support with administrative and clinical support, and intake coordinator who handles all insurance verification. We provide billing, marketing, and counseling services.

This could be a full-time or Part-time position.

Hours of employment can be structured around the NP's current practice and/or schedule.
