Our Sacramento, California location is seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team. This role is essential to our daily operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, carefully packing them according to our standards, and preparing them for shipment. This involves utilizing warehouse technology such as RF scanners and working within a fast-paced logistics environment. Maintaining accuracy and ensuring the quality of packed orders are paramount to our customer service goals. We foster a culture of safety, and all associates are expected to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job requires physical engagement, including prolonged standing and walking, as well as the ability to perform regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or order sheets.
- Inspect items for quality and correctness before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks like cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and wearing required PPE.
