This dynamic role supports the efficient movement and storage of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. You will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, receiving and inspecting inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Our logistics operations depend on the dedication and precision of our associates to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to rigorously follow all Safety guidelines and utilize designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of various items. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized product placement.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of basic Safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
