Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control within the warehouse.
- Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventory audits.
- Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, and shipments using WMS.
- Develop and refine inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce loss.
- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure seamless stock flow.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and protocols related to inventory handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Proper use and maintenance of required PPE is mandatory.
- May involve light to moderate manual Lifting, up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives.
- Familiarity with appropriate PPE is essential.
This role is crucial for maintaining our operational integrity and requires a commitment to precision, efficiency, and unwavering Safety standards. Ensure all PPE is used as directed.
