We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our Phoenix, Arizona facility! This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will use scanning devices to locate products in the warehouse, pick them accurately, and then pack them securely for transit. Attention to detail is paramount in this position to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are methodical, efficient, and committed to maintaining a high standard of quality in a fast-paced logistics environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. We provide all required PPE to ensure your safety. The job involves a significant amount of walking, standing, and repetitive motion, as well as lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
