Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to Safety. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive and unload incoming freight, verifying counts and inspecting for damage.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanning technology and order manifests.
- Pack orders securely and safely, preparing them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly follow all company Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Adhere to all Lifting procedures and guidelines to ensure personal and team Safety.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics department.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and labels.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, lift, and move merchandise throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A proactive approach to Safety and teamwork.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
