We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida! You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, applying labels and ensuring proper handling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
