Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists and RF scanners.
- Locate and retrieve items efficiently, ensuring order accuracy.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Transport picked items to the packing station for further processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines meticulously.
- Conduct basic inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an order picking or warehouse role is a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets and labels accurately.
- Proficiency in basic math for quantity verification.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
