We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill Warehouse Worker positions at our Cincinnati, Ohio location. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your contributions will be vital to the smooth functioning of our logistics chain, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. We handle a wide array of products, making each day varied and engaging.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders with precision according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
