This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Employees will be expected to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Report any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Knowledge of inventory control basics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
