Employees will be required to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and care.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
