- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Unload materials from trucks and containers safely.
- Store inventory in designated locations, maintaining organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Report any operational issues or concerns to management.
- Follow all established procedures for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
