Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory movement and order progress.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly utilize required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics .
- Willingness to follow instructions and all safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
