We are seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position requires a good level of physical stamina and the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be an essential link in our supply chain, contributing to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and other devices to track picked items.
- Ensure picked items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Follow safe lifting guidelines and practices.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
