We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our products move efficiently through the facility and reach our customers on time. You will work closely with a team to maintain an organized and safe work environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and adhering to all company guidelines. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment, and possesses a strong work ethic. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to follow established protocols and use appropriate PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders efficiently and accurately using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motions.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
