Join our thriving logistics center in Dallas, Texas, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to perform a range of tasks essential to our warehouse operations. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. This role is fundamental to our supply chain and requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. Safety is paramount in our facility, and all employees must adhere to strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the warehousing and logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory in designated areas.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Conducting cycle counts and assisting with inventory management.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Supporting overall logistics and warehouse functions as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Must be comfortable wearing and using required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics is a plus.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong commitment to duty.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
