We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding logistics center in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is critical to our operations, involving the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be a key player in ensuring that our products reach our customers in excellent condition and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick items from various warehouse locations according to customer orders, utilizing RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package products carefully and securely to prevent damage during shipping, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Conduct thorough quality checks of both products and packaging.
- Apply shipping labels and all required documentation accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and assist with other material handling tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all logistics protocols.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandated use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets for order fulfillment.
- Perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive lifting tasks for an entire shift.
- Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
