Our busy Philadelphia, Pennsylvania distribution center is looking for motivated Order Pickers. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient processing of shipments. Key duties include using RF scanners to identify and locate items, picking products accurately, ensuring the quality of items picked, and staging orders for packing and shipping. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary PPE, along with comprehensive safety training. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
