We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and positive individual with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
Manage inbound and outbound calls with funders, dealers, and customers
Respond to emails and messages within 24-hour SLAs
Proactively manage customer orders and expectations
Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Maintain strong relationships with key partners and funders
Process and check customer documentation
Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries
Identify and elevate complaints to the appropriate team
Handle daily admin tasks and action reports efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a fast-paced administration or customer service role
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Fast learner who picks up systems and processes quickly
Confident with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
