Overview My client is looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance in a commercial setting with one of the UK’s leading FM companies.
Key Responsibilities
Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU’s, pumps, FCU’s, VAV’s, VRV’s, splits and general air conditioning.
Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors.
Qualifications
City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical installations (minimum).
18th Edition.
