Salary and Benefits (snapshot) The salary banding for this role is £90,000 to £110,000 based on experience.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of cyber resilience within Axiologik and for our clients. In this role, you will lead high-impact Cyber resilience engagements, conduct discovery and assurance activity, and provide clear, pragmatic recommendations that strengthen our clients’ ability to prevent, withstand and recover from disruption. You’ll balance strategic advisory work with hands‑on involvement in programmes, applying core resilience and security principles to deliver meaningful, measurable improvements.
We expect you to be confident operating across a varied remit – from client-facing leadership to contributing directly within teams delivering resilient architectures, operating models and capability uplift. There is a requirement to be onsite in our central Leeds office one to two times a week, with flexibility to agree arrangements with your manager, as well as occasional travel to client sites where needed.
Your Responsibilities
Define and lead enterprise cyber resilience strategy, architecture, operating models and technology roadmaps across major programmes.
Assess cyber and operational resilience maturity through threat modelling, risk assessments, dependency analysis and audits against recognised frameworks (e.g. NIST, NCSC CAF, ISO, CIS).
Design and advise on incident response, crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions aligned to regulatory and sector expectations.
Develop and deliver actionable resilience uplift roadmaps to strengthen organisational capability and preparedness.
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape risk appetite, resilience trade‑offs and transformation priorities, translating constraints into clear delivery plans.
Lead multi‑disciplinary engineering and resilience teams to deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring security, compliance and commercial commitments are met.
On behalf of Axiologik, lead the development and evolution of cyber and operational resilience services, including reusable IP, frameworks and methodologies.
Collaborate across Axiologik practices to shape cross‑functional offerings and represent resilience capability across the firm.
Support Axiologik business growth and capability development through bid support, client engagement, and line management, mentoring and coaching of teams.
Your Skills
A wealth of in cyber security, resilience, risk management, or secure architecture roles, with advisory-level experience
Deep knowledge across cyber security governance, risk management, operational resilience, continuity planning, secure architecture, and security operations.
Influence policy & strategy, setting or shaping overall programme or function strategy / direction optimising cyber security, resilience and information security
Proven delivery of cyber resilience audits or assessments aligned to NCSC CAF, NIST CSF, ISO frameworks, FCA Operational Resilience, or equivalent
Demonstrated expertise uplifting resilience capabilities in multiple organisations and sectors
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationship skills across all areas of the business.
The ability to work autonomously and deliver exceptional quality work without supervision.
Adapt your working patterns to fit client needs, including flexibility on location.
Qualifications Ideally you will have a selection of the following professional qualifications/accreditations:
Cyber Security - CISSP / CISSP-ISSAP.
Cyber Security Auditing – CISA.
Cloud Security & Risk – CCSP.
ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Practitioner (continuity & operational resilience).
NCSC-aligned certifications (CHECK, CREST, NCSC Certified Professional where relevant).
Interview Stages This will be a two-stage interview process. First stage is virtual or face to face in our offices in Leeds. The second stage must be face to face. We hope to make an offer within a month of starting the process. Our Talent team will keep you updated on timelines throughout the process.
