Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Analyst to join our growing Security team at Arc Systems. This role is ideal for a security professional with a strong MSP background who thrives on protecting customer environments, responding to security incidents, and delivering practical, effective security solutions. You will play a key role in monitoring and improving customer security postures, leading security initiatives and working closely with customers to implement modern Microsoft-based security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents
Involvement in areas such as security reviews, security helpdesk, planning and implementing deployment of security solutions.
Monitoring the output of security platforms.
MS365 Security, modern work and deployment of other security tooling.
Ad-hoc customer projects (including MFA deployments, other customer consultancy).
Providing an escalation point and mentoring to other security team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
Delivered security solutions and architecture aligned with customer requirements, improving security and compliance posture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a passion for Information and Cyber Security
Experience working in an MSP environment, and able to apply security principles and best practises, learned through a history of delivering of security products and responding to events and incidents within a range of Microsoft environments.
Experience with reviewing security of an estate and implementing Cyber Essentials (Standard and Plus) and ISO 27001.
Experience with our Core Security solution stack; 365, azure, local cloud infrastructure
Vulnerability scanning and Penetration testing deployment and remediation

Working Hours Able to cover the following shift patterns: 8:00-4:30 / 9:00-5:30 / 9:30-6:00
Location Hybrid between Basildon Office and Home Working (Flexible)
