The Role: Trainee Sales Executive
Salary: £12.25 per hour + monthly bonus
Location: Edinburgh
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required
What will you be getting up to?
Be the friendlyface that welcomes customers to our store
Support thevehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately
Proactivelyresolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
Contactcustomers to arrange or amend collection dates
Spotopportunities to upsell products and services
Complete the trainingprogramme covering product knowledge and sales techniques, thiswill typically run for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed. The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability
Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position

What do we need from you?
A full UK driving licence (to drive both manual & automatic vehicles)
Experience in a customer service role would be highly beneficial
Drive to build a career with Motorpoint
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortableusing IT systems, including Outlook and Excel
A team player who goes the extra mile for customers
