We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager - Data & Analytics
(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, Oslo or Verl – hybrid working conditions available.
Your key responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
Guide cross-functional data teams to achieve their goals
Interdisciplinary facilitation of international project teams comprising members from data functions (e.g., data engineering, data architecture, data science, DataOps/DevOps) and business functions (e.g., risk management, finance, tech, GRC, etc.)
Plan and drive the project roadmap, including sub-projects, budgeting, resource requirements, and conduct project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
Manage and steer suppliers involved in the projects (if any)
Ensure project completion within the defined timelines, quality standards, and budget
Your profile:
5 years of experience in project management and/or as a scrum master in data-driven projects
Certified in project management and/or agile methodologies
SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus
Basic knowledge of data functions, e.g., data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Industry expertise in financial solutions is a plus
Strong communication skills with very good presentation and moderation abilities (English required, Norwegian or German is a plus)
Proficient in Atlassian Confluence and Jira, MIRO and MS Office
Structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment
