Position Summary:
We are hiring a Part-Time Retail Associate who is friendly, dependable, and excited to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves a mix of customer service, local food sales, and hands-on support with daily store operations. Ideal candidates are available for afternoon and weekend shifts, and are eager to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers and offer helpful, knowledgeable service
• Share our story and educate customers on our locally made products
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register
• Restock shelves and maintain clean, well-organized product displays
• Assist with product receiving, labeling, and merchandising
• Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting at all times
• Jump in to help with other tasks as needed – from organizing freezers to setting up events

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Afternoon and weekend availability is required
• Enthusiasm for local food and sustainable farming
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
• Previous retail or food service experience is a bonus, but not required
• Team player, self-starter, and willing to learn on the job
