Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Manager:

• Oversees and executes preventive maintenance for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Ensures all facilities meet safety, security, and fire-prevention standards.
• Recommends major repairs, upgrades, and purchases to management.
• Performs general maintenance and repairs (carpentry, basic electrical, painting, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, equipment assembly).
• Coordinates contractor work, obtains quotes, and prepares labour and material cost estimates.
• Manages waste disposal, including recyclables and hazardous materials.
• Maintains outdoor areas and performs light landscaping (snow removal, mowing, trimming, debris cleanup).
• Completes and updates maintenance logs, inspection forms, and safety reports.
• Moves and transports equipment, furniture, and supplies; sets up spaces for special events.
• Performs additional duties to support overall operational efficiency.
