Responsibilities The role is a standard Monday to Friday static position but comes with a company van in order to cover the entire facility due to its size and also to be able to assist with call‑outs when required.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for carrying out PPMs and reactive duties across the site and work on AHUs, FCUs, motors, pumps, VAVs, plumbing, emergency light testing, lamping, BMS monitoring, generator checks and all plant associated with commercial building services.
Qualifications
Experience of working within building services maintenance - Essential
Full mechanical/plumbing certification - (NVQ/City and Guilds)
Driver's licence
10 years unbroken UK residency (for security vetting) - non‑negotiable
Client facing
Clean criminal background
This role will require you to undertake a full security vetting (not a DBS) so you will need to have been a resident of the UK for the last 10 years with no large gaps, this is non‑negotiable as is a requirement for security clearance.
