Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for providing information and service to our car donation companies and dealers. You will also work to resolve technical issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• You are primarily responsible for tracking all car donation inventory from inception to sale
• Complete bi Monthly audits for Car Donation to ensure vehicles continue to move through the system appropriately and without unnecessary delays
• Answer incoming calls from Dealers, Donation Companies, and Donors
• Make outgoing calls to Dealers and Donors regarding Inventory, title acquisition, title corrections, and occasionally, Dealer Profile Information
• Provide information about Auction processes and services
• Assist the lot staff in accurately entering vehicles into our auction database
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving auction processes and procedures
• Work with Queries and Excel Spreadsheets to maintain integrity of data in the Auction System and with our Donation Companies

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Must have excellent organizational, time management, and follow up skills
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Microsoft Office
• Excel Skills are key to success in this position
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must type minimum of 35 words per minute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
