Responsibilities – Sales/Call Center Representative

• Engage with commercial and residential customers in deregulated states, presenting nTherm's competitive electricity supply rates.
• Connect with decision-makers, explain the advantages of switching to nTherm, and guide them through the enrollment and verification process.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic and rewarding setting.

Qualifications – Sales/Call Center Representative

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to surpass sales goals.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required – comprehensive training is provided
• Customer service experience is a bonus
