About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Coordinator to support social media, content creation, event promotion, and lead generation for our two Little Gym locations in Middleton and Sun Prairie. This is an execution-focused role. You'll work directly with the owner to bring marketing ideas to life and help keep projects organized and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content
  • Design branded graphics and flyers in Canva
  • Assist with email newsletters, announcements, and parent communication
  • Promote monthly events and seasonal campaigns
  • Drive lead generation through social media, outreach, and community visibility
  • Identify community partners, schools, and local events
  • Maintain marketing timelines and task lists
  • Collaborate with Site Leads to gather content and updates
Who You Are
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Strong organizer and project manager
  • Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace
  • Friendly communicator with creative energy
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow a content plan
  • Thrives in a fun, family-centered environment

Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly rate $20-25
  • Quarterly performance bonuses tied to lead generation, event performance, and consistent execution
  • 10-15 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Hybrid role with a mix of remote work + onsite visits
  • Reports directly to the Owner
  • Room for future growth as the business expands
