Sage Connections is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the upcoming '25-'26 school year in a full-time role.

Position Details

• Caseload Type: Multiple caseloads available
• Age Range: K-12
• Hours per Week: hours/week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
• Start & End Date: ASAP - June 2026
• Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Pennsylvania Licensure in Speech and Language Pathologist​​​​​​​
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs considered with supervision available
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
