Step into a role where every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact. We're currently seeking a full-time Community and School-Based Mobile Therapist to join our supportive, mission-driven team serving the Bradford and Sullivan County School Districts.

You'll collaborate closely with a Behavioral Health Technician, school partners, and a Clinical Director who will guide you in delivering therapeutic interventions aligned with each child's individualized treatment plan.
In this role, you'll help foster positive behaviors and healthy interactions using evidence-based practices, while also modeling effective intervention strategies for caregivers across home, school, and community settings. Your presence and skills will play a key part in creating supportive environments where children can grow, learn, and succeed.

Requirements
What Will I Do?
The Mobile Therapist is the clinical lead on the CSBBH Team and is responsible for:
- Applying and supporting Clinical Treatments (e.g., Evidence-Based Treatments, Family Therapies, Core 4 Clinical Model: a foundational therapy process)
- Developing and implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan
- Developing and implementing the safety and crisis plan
- Developing and implementing crisis interventions
- Developing group curriculum and supervising BHT-delivered psychoeducational groups
- Collaborating with the school district to determine the best course of action during a crisis involving students on the Team caseload
- Conducting client-centered case consultation, in-service training, and liaison activities to school staff
- Organizing, conducting, and maintaining proper documentation for Core Team Meetings with school staff, which occur at least twice monthly
- Conducting daily Team planning meetings
- Developing and overseeing the Therapeutic Summer Programming Curriculum · Coordinating care with other service systems
Schedule and Work Environment
This is a school, home, and community-based position with workdays and hours based on the client's needs. May include evenings and/or weekends
Education & Experience
Have a minimum of 1-year full-time experience in providing direct mental health services to children, youth or young adults and a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work or counseling from an accredited college or university.
