We manage a portfolio of multi-family communities and are looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep The Willows, a 134-unit single-story apartment community, running smoothly. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for completing maintenance work orders, assisting with unit turns, and helping ensure the property is in excellent condition. Your work keeps our residents happy and our community running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete routine maintenance work orders in apartments and common areas
• Repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Perform appliance repairs and replacements
• Assist with painting, drywall patching, and minor carpentry
• Help with apartment turnovers, including cleaning and repair tasks
• Maintain property grounds, including trash pickup and basic landscaping
• Conduct seasonal and preventative
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls when needed as part of an on-call rotation
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of general maintenance or repair experience (apartment or residential preferred)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• PTAC knowledge a plus, but not required
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
