We are seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong culinary skills, and experience working in dietary or restaurant environments. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and dietary guidelines
• Assist with menu planning to meet nutritional and customer preferences
• Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
• Support food presentation and plating for fine dining or catering events
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and waste management
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences
• Assist in catering events, including setup, serving, and cleanup as needed
• Demonstrate proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques
• Contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen operations and culinary offerings

Experience

• Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred
• Experience working in fine dining, restaurants, or the food industry is highly desirable
• Background in menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures is essential
• Culinary experience including cooking, food preparation, and catering is required
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knife skills, and food presentation techniques is beneficial
