Job Summary
This crucial role involves taking the lead in developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and capture new business opportunities within the single-family homes and master-planned community construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and leveraging industry insights to drive growth. They will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, material supply cycles, and current industry trends, enabling them to effectively address client needs and position our services competitively in the market. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, with a focus on long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.

What Will You Do
Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing growth targets for Multi-Family and Commercial Construction projects.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, identifying competitive advantages, and customizing approaches for different client segments to maximize impact in targeted markets.

Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects to ensure continuous business expansion and sustainability.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with General Contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while fostering trust and loyalty to encourage repeat business.

Client Engagement

  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of our services to prospective clients.
  • Tailor pitches to meet specific client needs, demonstrating how our solutions effectively address their objectives and challenges.
