Valve Automation Engineer
to join their dynamic team. As a Valve Automation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?
- Interpret design concepts by reviewing and analyzing valve automation ideas to develop practical engineering solutions for seamless integration.
- Engineer valve-to-actuator assemblies by designing and validating mechanical and control interfaces to ensure performance and reliability.
- Manage configuration systems by maintaining and optimizing tools and databases to support accurate product selection and customization.
- Develop technical documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions for manufacturing and field installation.
- Collaborate across teams such as product management, operations, and supply chain to ensure the successful execution of engineered solutions.
- Drive innovation by developing new valve automation products and enhancing existing designs to meet evolving industry standards.
- Ensure compliance and quality by adhering to industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality requirements throughout the engineering process.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience in valve automation, process control, or related engineering fields.
- Familiarity with industrial valves such as ball, butterfly, globe, and actuators including electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic types.
- Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
