Patient Care Coordinator

Clearview MRI is seeking an energetic and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our Gresham team

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping ensure a smooth, supportive, and positive experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster positive patient interactions, streamline administrative processes, and support the overall delivery of exceptional services.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accuracy and readiness for their visit
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using medical office management software
• Collect and update patient information, including insurance details and medical histories, maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations to facilitate smooth billing processes
• Provide patients with clear instructions regarding procedures, follow-up care, and necessary documentation
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to address questions or concerns promptly
• Maintain organized records of patient interactions, appointments, and administrative documentation in compliance with privacy regulations

Skills

• Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not required, we'll train the right candidate
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
• Exceptional communication skills to provide clear guidance and compassionate service to patients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining attention to detail
